Classes and Workshops
"I thoroughly recommend these classes. Stephanie is a skilled, thorough and supportive teacher. They are a fun and relaxing form of exercise and toning for women of any age, shape and fitness level. I consider them particularly useful for mechanical back conditions and increasing general suppleness." - Dr Valerie Gundle
I have broad experience teaching dance to all abilities and ages and have a comprehensive health and fitness knowledge. I teach a variety of different styles, such as Turkish, Arabic and Tribal. My teaching style is fun and informed, the classes are challenging and supportive. I aim to layer the complexity of my improvers classes with finger cymbals, (sagat/zils), veils, sword, stick and cane.
